NOBTHERN DIVISION. DEVONPORT ASSEMBLY HALL. UPON their own responsibility, without inquiry made, Messrs. J. O'Neill and T. Macffarlane have invited the Constituency of the Northern Division to meet them at the " NEW HALL, NORTH SHORE, on Tuesday next, the 12th inst., at 3 p.m. 1 ' Had these gentlemen been gifted with common courtesy, and made the requisite application for the use of the building, they would have learned that the Hall is not yet furnished, and that its opening has yet to be inaugurated. When the Ball is ready for that ceremonial, ample public notice will be given.
