In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862, the Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865, and the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866 ; and of the Petition of Carpenter Arthur and Richard Arthur, of Auckland, in theprovince of Auckland, Estate Agents, Copartners in trade, Debtors; and of Wiixiam Chisholm Wilson, of Auckland aforesaid, Printer, a Creditor of the said Carpenter Arthur and Richard Arthur to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds. UPON hearing Mr. Macdonald of Counsel for the Petitioners Carpenter Arthur and Richard I Arthur, and upon reading the said Petition and ! the affidavits thereto annexed, it is ordered that the above-named PETITION of the said CARPENTER ARTHUR and RICHARD ARTHUR be HEARD on WEDNESDAY, the thirteenth day of November next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, Auckland, and that the ESTATE of the Petitioners Carpenter Arthur and Richard Arthur be SEQUESTRATED into the the hands of HENRY VERNON, of Auckland aforesaid, Sheriff's Officer, and be held by him until the said thirteenth day of November next, or until the further order of this Court; and the Court doth declare that this Order shall be a vesting order.
