TENDERS FOR POLICE CLOTHING.
" Ne cvi invideas." To the Editor of the Daily Southern C&cbs. Sib, — I observe, in your issue of this morning, a very low, ntsty, and untruthful insinuation by Mr. Robert Home, relative to the tenders for police clothing. Now, sir, as Mr. Home is not a tradesman I don't mind telling him. the secret of tendering, which is simply to supply the best sample at the lowest prioe. —I am, &0., W. PO3SENNISKIE. Auckland, August 3, 1867.
