KAWAKAWA COALS.

To the Editor ot th« Dailt Southxrn Ckoii. Sib,— Haying tried the Kawakawa coals, and found them to give every satisfaction, I have great pleasure in recommending them to others. Give them a fair impartial trial, and I bave no hesitation in laying others will find them as satisfactory as 1 have done. I tried the sample left with me on three kinds of work — on iron, on steel, and on steel and iron together—and in each case I found the Kawakawa coals worked superior to any other coals I have used since I oame to the colony. It burns clear, gives a dense heat -with little or no cinders, and heats the work clean; no cinders adhering, as in the case of inferior ooals. — I am, Ac, N. McMillan, Blacksmith, High-street.
