UPON hearing Mr. Macdonald, of Counsel for the Petitioner JEROME CADMAN, and upon rending the said petition and the affidavit thereto annexed, it is ordered that the above-named PETITION of the said Jerome Cadman be HEARD on WEDNESDAY, the third day of July next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Courthouse, Auckland ; and that the ESTATE of the petitioner Jerome Cadman be SEQUESTERED into the hands of Thomas Milne Machattie, of the city of Auckland, Merchant, and be held by him until the said third day of July next j and the Court doth declare that this order shall be a vesting order. UPON reading the Petition of the above-named DANIEL GOUGH, the younger, and bis affidavit to the Petition annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Wiston as of counsel for the said Daniel Gough, the younger, the Court doth order that the PETITION of the said Daniel Gough, the younger, be HEARD on WEDNESDAY, the third day of July next, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, in Eden-street, Auckland : And the Court doth further order that the ESTATE of the said Daniel Gough, the younger, be SEQUESTRATED into the bands of Chaeles Tothih,. of said city of Auckland, Accountant, and held by him until the further order of this honourable Court : And the Court doth declare th.is, order to be a vesting order. IN pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," I, Hxnry Colin Ba_n_avis, Esq., Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the Northern Division, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the twenty-fourth day of April, 1867, issued under the hand of his Honor the Superintendent of th« Province of Auckland, an ELECTION will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a MEMBEK. of the PROVINCIAL COUNCIL for the said Electoral District, and that the Nomination of such Candidate will take place at the Pilot-station, Flagstaff, North Shore, at noon on TUESDAY, the 7th day of May, 1867, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on TUESDAY, tb,e 14th d»y of May, 1867.
