Military Store Office, Auckland, April 8, 1867. MESSRS. W. FRASER k CO. Have received instructions from J. O. Hamlxt, Esq., Senior Military Store Officer and Barrackmaster, to sell by public auction, ALL IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS at TAURANGA. The sale will take place on the second day after the arrival at Tauranga of the steamer leaving Auckland on or about the 28th April. The purchase money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, after which the Buildings will be at the parchaser's risk, one month being allowed for their
removal. A number of the Buildings are composed of Corrugated Iron, Floored, and in excellent condition.
