The Customs receipts to-day amounted to £150 9s 7d. Mr. Alfred Buckland sold to-day, at the Hay. market, part of allotment 132, district of Manukau, containing two acres, for £3 10s per acre. Part of allotment No. 40, parish of Awitu, containing 86 acres, fetched 2s per acre. Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and Son sold to-day, at their mart, Port-street, the whole of the machinery, buildings, plant, stores, &0., at Coromandel, known as the property of the Waihau Gold Mining Company, for £205. Mr. J. Goodall was the purchaser. Mr. L. W. Eaton held a sale of timber to-day on Custom-house-street, and obtained from 5a to 7s per 100 feet.
