SITTING IN INSOLVENCY. [Before his Honor Mr. Justice J. S. Moo».] BE DANIEL GOTJGH, AUCKLAND. Mr. Waston presented tbo petition of Daniel Gough, bankrupt, and applied for sequestration in favour of Mr. Charles Tothill. The liabilities amounted to £2,600, and the assets were estimated at £2,618His Honor granted the sequestration order as applied for, and fixed the 3rd July next for first hearing. BE JEBOMB CABMAN, AUCKLAND. Mr. Macdonald appeared for the bankrupt. He presented his petition, and applied for sequestration to Mr. Thomas Milne Machattie. The liabilities were stated to be £4,500, and the assets £6,400. »His Honor granted the application.
