Have been favoured with" instructions to, sell by public auction, at the Durham Sale Yards, about the second week in April (if not previously disposed of), THE FOLLOWING FIRST-CLASS WEIGHTCARRYING HORSES, the property of Colonel Hamilton and Officers of the 12th Regiment, about to leave the colonies : WINE MERCHANT, Bay Gelding, thorough-bred, 7 years old, 15 hands 3 inches ; winner of several races and steeplechases ; < perfectly sound, , free from blemish, and in good condition ; a good hack and charger.

MAGIC, Black Gelding, thorough-bred, 6 years old, 15 hand* 1 inch; a perfect oharger, and ladies' horse; a firstrate hack. POLICEMAN, Grey Gelding ; 8 years old, 16 hands 3 inches, very handsome; a perfect charger and fencer; up to great weight, and also a good hack, as well as a perfect harness horse. THE SLAVE, Grey Gelding ; 7 years old ; a good hack, and carries a lady; has been in harness ; a strong, useful horse, up to weight. The well-known Steeple-chaser Galloway, NO NAME, Under 14 hands 2 inches, 7 y«*ra old, sound and free from blemish, in good condition, and able to beat anything of his inches for three miles, either on the flat or across country; a good' hack, and has carried a lady. THE CELEBRATED TROTTING HORSE O&SAR, Well known in Auckland and the Bay of Islands to be one of the fastest trotting horses in the colony. PEGASUS, A Grey Gelding, 7 years old, a staunch useful hack; hM been in harness, and stands absut 15 hands and 2 inches. BEESWING. Grey Mare, 7 years old ; above 15 hands ; a perfect fencer and hack; carries a lady ; winner of several steeplechases and hurdle races. THE DOCTOR, A Brown Gelding, aged, about 15 hands, a perfect hack charger and ladies' horse. ROGER, Bay Horse, aged ; 15 hands 2 inches ; perfectly sound, and free from blemish ; a good hack or packhorse ; has been in harness, and will carry a lady. MOKAI, Flea-bitten Grey Horse, aged ; 15 hands 1 inch; a thorough good and handsome hack ; will go in harness, double, single, or otherwise ; a perfect charger and lady's horse. HAUHAU, Chesnut Filly, 2 years old, thoroughbred ; 14 hands; broken into saddle ; perfectly quiet, and free from vioe; very fast,

Military Store Office, Auckland, April 8, 1867. MESSRS. W. FRASER b CO. Have received instructions from J. O. Hahuet, Esq., Senior Military Store Officer and Barrack* master, to sell by public auction, ALL IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT BUILD. INGS at TAURANGA. The sale will take place on the second day after the arrival at Tauranga of the steamer leaving Auckland on or about the 28th April. > The purchase money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, after which the Buildings will be at the parchsser's risk, one month being allowed for their removal. A number of the Buildings are composed of Corrugated Iron, Floored, and in excellent condition.
