MEXICO.
The French troops have departed from the Mexican capital, and are preparing to embark. Maximilian relies confidently on his native troops. Juarez was marching upon the capital, and signs of a collision are imminent. 'lhe last intelligence reports the capture of Juarez, and the victory of Miramon. It is announced that Frenchmen joining the Mexican army would be unable to claim French protection. It is rumoured that Maximilian 13 moving towards Vera Cruz to embark for Europe:
