Partially confirmatory reports have also been received of tbe capture of Juarez. Marshal Bazaine had announced that Frenchmen joining the Mexican army would no longer be able to claim French protection. Many Frenchmen were consequently leaving the army of the Emperor Maximilian. Republican aocounts published here announce that Porfirio Diaz has captured Tehuantepec. The Republicans under Alvarez are stated to be in the immediate vioinity of the capital. The aame accounts assert the Emperor Maximilian to be moving towards Ver» Cruz, with the design of embarking for Europe. > Surratt has been arraigned in the Civil Court.
