EXTRACT OF MEAT BY LIEBIG'S PROCESS. Manufactured on the Establishment of MR. ROBERT TOOTH, Of New South Wales and Queensland. TO RESIDENTS in the Interior, Diggers, and Parties travelling through the Country, this article is indeed invaluable. Its qualities have been tested and approved of by the highest authorities in Europe. To Hotel and Restaurant-keepers it is of the j utmost importance, as it does away with the receipts for making stock soups. Mr. Dellman, the wellknown cook of Sydney, at present engaged at the Legislative Council Chambers as chef de cuisin, has commended the extract in the highest degree. As an article for Invalids, the medical men of the districts will appreciate and direct its use. I may observe that the medical officers of the Sydney Infirmary have sanctioned its use in that institution, and much satisfaction it affords us by the daily proofs of its value, both to the strong and feeble.
