NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS.
An thropos will excuse us for excluding his letter headed " Mr. John Williamson— A Vindication," seeing that it has next to nothing at all to do ■with the question of the Superintendence The historical parallels may be good in their way, but they are not quite to the point We are at all times ready to insert communications for and against any side, so long as they bear directly on the questions immediately at issue. Moreover, we are not aware that Mr. John Williamion needs any public "vindication." His opinions, if he really aspires to the Superintendency.-are matters of public interest, and ought not to be withheld any longer. The writer of "Wanted a Superintendent" can have his four sixpenny stamps by applying at the printing-office, and giving a receipt. The writer of the letter of caution to a certain person can have the postage stamps enclosed (three) by doing the same thing. We must decline inserting the communication from our esteemed correspondent "C," on "The Spirit of the Papacy," addressed to the Key. Mr. Edprer. Having withheld Mr. Edger's letter we cannot fairly publish another paper on the same subject. Several letters to the Editor have been received, and will have early attention.
