IMPOBTANT NOTICE, HUNTEE & CO. STOCK AND STAIION SALESMEN, WOULD respeotfully direct the attention of persons sending Stock for sale at their Regular Weekly Sales at NEWMARKET, OTAHUHU, AND DURHAMSTREET SALE YARDS, that they have made arrangements fco"2an<J aii. stock consigned to them at Kohimarama, known as Captain Porter's landing place. It is about one mile west of the Tamaki, immediately opposite Rangitoto, and one of the best landing places in the province ; there is a good depth of water, a commodious punt, so that cattle and sheep are landed without access to salt water. There are also large sheds erected, with Hay and Water provided, so that stock immediately after a voyage are not exposed to the weather. It is within four miles of the market, and sixteen miles nearer than the East Bank of the Tamaki, thereby saving a long drive to cattle and sheep. Good Grass Paddooks, and a careful person always in attendance.

THE TAMAKI LANDING. MR, ALFRED BUCKLAND RESPEOTFFLLT? informs his friends that he has ERECTED a substantia WHARF, with secure moorings for Vessels, at his Landing on East Bank of TAMAKI, on which both cattle and sheep are landed, so as to prevent their access to salt water, within eleven miles of the Newmarket and Triangle Sale Yards. Experienced persons at all times present to receive Stock, which can be forwarded at once to the market, or remain for a time at grass — at the option of consignee. November 15, 1865.

Rt V. begs to assure his friends and patrons in this and the adjoining colonies that no effort will be spared to sustain the high reputation this establishment has so long enjoyed as a First-class Family and Commercial BoteL He has now the pleasure to announce that, in addition to the above, he has taken the commodious building known as THE GEEYHOTJND, which, from its central position and proximity to the Produce and Horse Markets, will, he trusts, be found a very convenient house of call to farmers and country people. This Establishment will be thrown open to the publio THIS DAY, SATURDAY, MAECH 2, when the Proprietor invites an inspection of the extensive alterations and improvements made, comprising — beyond an entire re-arrangement of [the Publio Bar— A PEIVATE LUNCHEON BAR, AND IROOMS FOR LADIES, Writing accommodation for settlers and farmers on market-days, &c. The Proprietor would particularly draw the attention of farmers and ladies to the care which has been taken to secure their comfort and convenience in this establishment, whilst at the same time he has also endeavoured to meet the requirements of the smaller settlers and mechanics, by having a CHEAP LUNCHEON IN THE PUBLIC BAB, Best Liquors and Wines at Lowest Remunerative Prices. March 2, 1867.

J MULLIGAN, [now of the VICTORIA . HOTEL, and late of the Waikato, formerly of Melbourne, would be happy to see his old friends, where they will meet with good accommodation and civility. Address: — Victoria Hotel, Victoria-street, between the Union Bank and Cobb and Co.'s office.

WHOLT, in returning thanks to his numerous • friends and customers for the support he has reoeived during the last thirteen years, begs to inform them that he is now prepared to receive orders to BUILD or IMPORT every description of CARRIAGE or BGGGY that may be required, he having made' arrangements with several of the largest carriage manufacturers in the United States to supply him with several shipments of carriages and material every year, so that purchasers requiring American-manufactured vehicles are requested to call and inspect his stock, he being the only bond fide importer of American carriages in the colony. His imported stock comprises almost every description of carriage, from the well-known makers Abbott, Downing, and Co. (l*te J» S. Downing and E. A. Abbott), Conoord, New Hampshire; Booker, Cander, and Co. (late G. and D. Cook and Co.) ; and M. Armstrong and Co., Newhaven, Connecticut. His stock of American carriage material, ash, hickory, fto , enables him to supply his customers with vehicles which, for elegance, lightness, and durability, are not to be surpassed. Repairs executed on the most reasonable terms, and estimates given when required. Second-hand vehicles taken in exchange. His illustrated carriage catalogue forwarded free on application to Williah Holt, Carriage Bazaar and Manmfaotory, 267 and 268, Castlereagh-street, Sydney.
