A SHEEP-SHE ARING MATCH will take place on the same day, for the following Prizes :—: — Ist Class.— Men : Ist prize, £3 ; 2nd prize, £2 ; 3rd prize, £1. 2nd Class.— Boys : Ist prize, £2 ; 2nd prize, £1 ; 3rd prize, 10s. ENTRANCE FEES, Horses and Cattle, per head ss. Od. Sheep, per pen 2s. 6d. Pigs' per head 2s. 6d. Extra stock, same. All entries must be made in writing, addressed to the Secretary, and left at Mr. John Hall's, Otahuhu, before 6 p.m. on Saturday, 27th October. Tickets of admission for the Stock will be given to Exhibitors on their payment of the entrance fee to the Secretary, and no Stock will be admitted without such ticket. Stock will be received on the ground on the mornins? of the Show, until 9.30 a.m., after which no Stock will be admitted. All Horse Stock must be led. No Stock to be removed from the Show Yards before 4 p.m. Stewards to cause any Sheep to be shorn, at the request of the Judges. The Sheep-shearinsc will commence at half-past two o'clock. Time allowed, 40 minutes. In case of any dispute arising, the decision of the Committee to be final. JOHN GORDON, Secretary.
