The Ininan steamship 'City of London,' Captain Mirehouse, which left Liverpool at half-past four on the afternoon of the Bth, and Queenstown on the 9th instant, arrived at this port yesterday evening, bringing our 'European files and special correspondence, dated to the Bth of August.
