THE PEACE CONGRESS. ASSEMBLING OF THE COMMISSIONERS IN PRAGUE.

On the 9th of August there was nothing new as to the peace negotiations. Baron Werther left Berlin on the Bth for Prague, where, it is said, definite peace negotiations between Austria and Italy will be carried on. Count Bairalano and General Meanebra will be the Italian plenipotentiaries. A despatch from London, dated on tke 10th August, says : — The suspension of hostilities between Austria and Italy has been extended one day, ending on the 11th inst. It is rumoured that all difficulties are removed.
