IN BANKRUPTCY In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862, and of the Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865, and of the petition of John Potter Clark, of the city of Auckland, licensed victualler.

Tuesday, the 18th day of September, 1866. UPON hearing Mr. Wynn as of counsel for the petitioner, and on reading the petition of the said JOHN POTTER CLARK, dated the 17th day of September instant, and the affidavits thereto annexed, it is ordered that the HEARING of the said PETITION shall take place at the Supreme Courthouse, Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the 31st day of October next. And it is further ordered that the Estate of the said John Potter Clark be Sequestrated into the hands of Henry Vernon, until the further order of this Court. UPON reading the Petition of the above-named HIBERNIA SMYTH, and the affidavits and Schedules annexed thereto, and upon hearing Mr. Hesketh of Counsel for the said Petitioner, I do order that the HEARING of the said PETITION shall take place at the Supreme Court-house, Auckland, on the thirty-first day of October instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. And I do further order that the Estate of the said Hibernia Smyth be sequestrated into the hands of Henry Vernon, of Auckland, Sheriff's Officer, until the said thirty-first day of October ; and I do further order and declare that this order shall be a vesting order.
