BOMBARDMENT OF CALLAO.
We quote from London. Standard, June 2ud: — New York, May 24th. — Advices received here from Callao aunounce that the Spauish fleet, on the 2nd inst., attempted to bombard Callao, but tvere repulse after a fight of four horns, by the shore batteries. Two iron-clads were disabled aud Admiral Nunez was wounded. Ib.; Peruvians lost 60 men killed, including tL« Secretary of War, and 120 wounded.
