AUSTRIA, PRUSSIA, AND ITALY.
It, is Asset ted that Austria has consented to the discussioQ of the Venetian question on the ba«is of territorial compensation. This rumour is directly opposed to a statement made by the French on the 24th of^ May. A later Paris telegram says that identical notes have been sent by England, France, and Russia to Vienna, Berlin, Frankfort, and Florence, proposing a Congress in reference to Federal reform, the Elbe Duchies, and the AustroItalian difficulty. It is also added that the Congress will meet on the sth of June.
