A Genebal Government Gazette was published on Friday, the 16th instant, but contains few items of interest. The bye-laws and.regulations for the port of Napier are published ; also, notice of registration of the Otago Daily Times and Witness Company (Limited) ; notice of intended application to the General Assembly for an Act to empower the Superintendent of Otago to construct a railway to be called " The Otago Southern Trunk Railway ," &c.
