Advices from Havannah of November 29 state that the rebel General Anderson, with 1,500 of his followers, had surrendered to the Governor, and the triumph of Government over the rebellion was complete. Most of the rebel chiefs had been shot. At Martinique and Guadaloupe, the cholera was raging with considerable severity, and vessels refused to enter the ports on account of the danger. The disease had not appeared in Cuba, nor, so far as known, in any other of the West India Islands.
