Mexican advicss to November 6, vifc Havanah, are received. The French transporb ' Oilier ' reached Mexico with 400 Austriana, and a detachment of Zouaves, en route to Mafcamoras. The Empress Charlotte stopped eight days at "Vera Cruz, and left for Yucatan on a merchant vessel. Maximilian remains in the city of Mexico. Further Imperial successes in the interior are reported by the official papers. Advices from Matamoras, to the 16th November, say that a war steamer, manned by fifty French sailors, had forced the passage of the Eio Grande, between Bagdad and Matamoras, and arrived at the latter place. A despatch from Washington gives semi-official news from Mexico, that Maximilian's Finance Minister reports a deficiency of 25,000, 00 Odol. The French are concentrating at San Luis Potosi, the city of Mexico, and on the Eio Grande. The reported evacuation of several of the States is confirmed.
