Tenders to state the rate per ton for Basfga^e and Stores, and the rate per hea-1 for Passengers. The Contractors will be r» quired to provide such assistance in loading and unloading: as is usually given by watermen, and such number of boats as may be demanded ; failing which, the power of hiring on account of the Contractor will rest with the Commißsariivt. All Articles lost or damaged when in the possession of the Contractor to be paid for by him. Three months' notice to be given by either party to terminate tbe Contract.
