The whole of the foregoing services to be performed to the satisfaction of the Head of the Department concerned, or person acting in his stead. In the event of any failure in the quantity or quality of the supplies for Military Prisons, the non-commissioned officer in charge to have the power of purchasing at the Contractor's expense. Any information connected with the Contracts, together with particulars of items, to be tendered for, and conditions will be afforded on application at the offices of the Barrack Master, Deputy Superintendent of Stores, and Major of Brigade at Auckland and Otahuhu.
