John Waters, in the employment of Mr. Buokland, stated that he overtook prisoner, and took him to the Otahuhu polico-statijn. Polioe-conitable Negus depoied to- having, searched the prisoner, and finding the missing articles. The prisoner was committed to take his trial at the n»xt oriminul sitting* of the Supreme Court, '
