The sanction of the Legislature has to be, obtained before these ruus can be disposed of. 5. TOWNSHTP of the MAHTA. — This town•hip will consist of about 200 Town Sections. It is bitnated at the the shipping place of the Mahia. 6. SUBURBAN LAND, at the Mahia, adjacent to the township, and of pood quality. Will be sold id lots of from ten to sixty acre, by public auction., 7. About six thoniand aores of the AHUKIRT PLATNS, well known to be the richest agricultural land in the colony, and immediately adjoining the Township of Napier These blocks are held in le»9e fiom the natives, for period* of twenty-one and twenty-two years, and will b« leased by public auction in lot* suitable for the settlement of an agricultural population for like periods.
