PASTORAL LAND. — About 120,000 acres of Laud, "suitable for sheep inns, situated iv Wauoa aud adjacent districts Will be divided into blocks not exceeding in any caso ten thousand acres, and be leased by public auction for fourteon years to the highest bidder. The sanction of tho Legislatme has to be obtained before these runs can be disposed of. 5. TOWNSHIP of the MAHIA. — This township will consist of about 200 Town Sections. It is situated at the the shipping place of the Mahia. 6. SUBURBAN L\ND, at tho Mahia, adjacent to tho township, and of good quality. Will be sold in lots of fiom ten to sixty acie, by public auction. 7. About six thousand acres of the AHUKIRI PLAINS, well known to be the richest agricultural laud in the colony, and immediately adjoining the Township of Napier, Those i blocks are held in leaie from the natives', for periods of twenty-one and twenty-two yeais, and will be leased by public auction in lots suitable for the settlement of an agricultuial population for like peuods.
