Volunteers per 'Novelty.' — The volunteers, with their wives and families, who arrived from Sydney by the ' Noveltj,' weie conveyed to Howick, on Satnrday morning, by cargo boats. Insolvency Court.— The sitting of the Insolvency Court which was to have been held on Saturday, h»s been adjourned till Apiil 12th, on account of Sir G. Ainey's continued illness. Government Land Sale. — A sale of land in the paush of Waitaia, comity of Eden, is to take place this day at the Waste Lauds Office, at 12 noon.. Arrivals in the Manukau. — Three steamers arnved in the Manukau ou Satmday — the 'Storm Bml,' fiom the south ; the ' Kangaroo,' from Sytluey, with cattle ; and thj3 < Puuce Alfred,' from, Wangv nui, also with cattle.
