ARRIVAL OF THE SWIFTSURE, FROM MELBOURNE.

Tire Swiftsure, one of Messn. Green and Co. 'a chppei ship?, of Blackwall, came into harbour on Wednesday, Feb. 17, after a good passage of 11 days from Melbourne, with a portion of the military settlers enrolled by Colonel Pitt. The Swiftsuie is a splendid vessel of 1,326 tons, and is commanded by Captain Mailc Byatt Mayhew. She sailed from Melbourne on Saturday, the 6th mst , and cleared the Heads at noon, experiencing winds from the S E and E. for about two days. Passed Cape Otway, and stood away to the east, passing through the Straiti on the Bth, with fresh southerly -winds. On the 10th the wind changed to N.E. The Kings were sighted on the 15th, and she hai made the run down the coast in two days, with the wind from S E. and E. The Swiftsure hi ings upward* of one thousand military settlers, including men, women, and children, all in good health. They are under the command of Captain Stuart and Lieutenant Walker.
