BREACH OF HARBOUR REGULATIONS. Kenneth Ferguson, master of the sohooner VFanoy,' was chaiged by Captain Ellis, Harbour Master, with a breach of the 7th clause, section 2, of the Harbour Regulations, by not having any person on boaul the said scliooucr on Thursday, the 12th instant. Pleading guilty, he was lined £10 and costs.

DRUNKENNESS. Margaret Hawks was ordered to pay five shilling! and costs, or be imprisoned for twenty-four hour* for being drunk in the stieets on Saturday eveuing.
