Ilor first foal n tho " Black Prince " (half brother to the "luon Duke"), at three years old, took tho prizo for dray horse* at tho Itoyal Agricultural Society's Exhibition at York, against horses of all ages ; and in tho «amo year ho won tho Highland Agricultural Society's silver medal, at Edinburgh. "Iron Dokk" was exhibited, and won tho Piist Prizo at the Mooting of tho Leicestershire Agricultural Society, ag*iu«t all horses, when barely two years old. lie won the Piizo for the best imported heavy draught hoi so, in Now South Wales, atMaitland. "Iron Duke" will stand this season at tho Junction Hotel, on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, and at Mr. John Hall'h, Otahuhu, on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, in each week. Tkums for the Season, — Single Mares, ;£6 10s, ; two or more, £6 each. Mares to be served either hobbled or loose, at tho option of tho groom.
