NOTICE is heieby given that application is intended to be made by the Supeiintendent of tho Province of Auckland to the Geupi.il Assembly, at the ensuing session thereof, for leave to bring in a Bill to enable tho said Superintendent and his successors to make and maintain a Railway, with the buildings, approaches, station", and woiks connected therewith, commencing on the sea beach, at or near tho easterly end of Custom House street, in tho City of Auckland, and passing fiom, , in, through, or into, the several townships, places, or other territorial divisions following, that is to say, Auckland, Waitemata, Painell, Epsom, Newmaiket, Reinuei.i, Maniucwa, Otahuhu, Opaheke, Papakuia, and Di my, and tei initiating in an allotment in the occupation of George Graham, at or near the Northeastern coiner of the town of Drnry, as laid down on the oflici.vl plan theieof, all in the said Province of Auckland ; and a Branch Railway leaving the said pioposed Railway at the Eastern angle of Ligar's Lot No. 1, section No. 17, subnibs of Auckland, and passing in, through, or into tho soveial townships, places or other territoi ial divisions following, that is to say, said section No. 17, suburbs of Auckland, subnibs of Onehunga, village of Onehunga, aud tei initiating at the wharf at Gedde's Basin, in said village of Onehunga, as laid down on the official plan thereof, all in the said Province of Auckland.
