Tho branded animals not claimed within fortyeight hours, and all uubrauded ones, will bo slaughtered for the use of Her Majesty's troops. Fivepeuce per pound for the actual quantity of meat produced, will subsequently be paid to whoever produces CERTIFICATES from the Resident Magistrate, or other COMPETENT PROOF of his ownership of any particular animal.
