These Farms comprise some of the finest land in the justly famed Pnkekohe District ; aro weU watered, richly timbered, and are contiguous to several Properties under cidtivation by Messrs. Harris, Nichols, Walters, &c. EAST TAMAKI FARMS. No. 64 40 acres No. 110 A ..160 acres No. 65 40 acres " b... 160 acres The value of Property in tho E:ist Tamaki District is so well established aud so generally known, that any recommendation of the auctioneers would seem superfluous ; but, for the information of new arrivals, it may be briefly stated that the Farms are situated about 13 miles from Auckland and 3 from Otahuhu. There is a considerable quantity of Timber upon the Property, suitable for fenciug, &c. Of No. 110b, about 40 acres have been ploughed and laid down in Grass and Clover. The Out-buildings consist of a well-built Wooden House for laboureis, measuring 10 x 20 Large four-stalled Stable, with Rooms at ends and Loft over all, measuring 32 x 18. Large Cow Shed and Cart Shed. Piggeries, Fowl House, &c. Stockyards. The Fences are all planted with Furze, and are in. good order.
