PORT OF OTAGO.
To the Editor of the Daily Southern Crost. Sir, — Please call the attention of Government, to a very dangeious mistake in the last Gazette, of 4th November, in the legitlations for Port Ota^o. T find in the signals at the heads, vessels are instructed to take the bar with an ebb tide, my opinion is that they would be more likely to take the »and bunk and get wrecked. — Youre, &c. , G. T. Chapman. Auckland, 7th Nov., 1862.
