Tr. doing ho thus early, I wish to a\oid the moie formal pioce^s of waiting for a, lequisitioii. being awaic that lequisitions on such occasions, are simply expiessions of party feeling, which in my case I wish to nvoid Belonging to no party in the Province, I am under no personal engagement to seive any ; and I do not now wish to lay myself undei any paity obligations.
