1 Commissariat, New Zealand, Auckland, 11th May, 1861. fPENDERS will be received at this Office, until ' 1 noon of TO-MOKROW (Wednesday,) the 15th hist., for the supply of the undermentioned Articles, for the use of the Prisoners confined in the Militaiy Prison at the Camp, Otahuhu :—: — Milk, ©perQuait Oatmeal, @ per Ib. Salt, @ per ft>. Soap, @ per Ib. The supplies to be of the best quality, and to be delivered at the ißlook House, in such quantities, and at such times as may be required by the Nou-Com-missioned Officer, m charge, Articles condemned to be replaced, by ,tho NonCommissioned Officer in charge, at the expense of the Contractor. ' The Contract to commence at once, and continue in force until the 30th September next, subject to three months notice, and payment for the whole of the quantities delivered, at the end of each ' month, will.be made by the Non- Commissioned Officer in charge. PERSONS wishing to open Shops at the Camp, Otahuhu, will send to the Deputy-Commissary General, if possible before the 16th instant, a List of the Articles, Liquora, &c , they wish to sell, and, the prices they propose to charge. These lists will bo examined by aboard of Officers, and if they are approved, permission will be granted to the applicant to open a Shop under the regulations, a copy of which will be transmitted to him by the President of the Board.
