A CHOICE Farm on the Pukekohe Block. It consists of 227 acres, of which 12 are ploughed, 60 are very finely timbered, and the remainder are tall fern land, and it is abundantly watered by a running stream that forms a boundary the entire length of the Farm. It is in the vicinity of the Coal Fields, and access to it is easy by good roads, Omnibusses pass it at a short distance every day, and the intended branch to Tuakau will run close along the property.
