MECHANICS' INSTITUTE FESTIVAL. Proceeds tv be Devoted to Library. I TO BE HELD ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF HER MAJESTY'S BIRTHDAY, ON MONDAY, 24th OF MAY. THE Committee of Management have much pleasure in informing the Members of the Institute and Friends, that a Festival will take place as above. The Entertainment will consist of Vocal and Instrumental Music, Addresses, Recitation, &c. And Dancing will be permitted towards the close of the evening. The Refreshment Department will be under the charge of Mr. Canning. Single Tickets, 3s. Ticket for Lady and Gentleman, ss. Tickets procurable from the Secretary at tteh c Institute; the Members of the Committee 0^ Management, of Mr. G. T. Chapman and MrE. Wayte, Stationers.
