The Corporation purchase or collect Bills payable in Europe, or in Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, Ceylon, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius, Melbourne, or Sydney. The Corporation also Discount or make advances on Private Bills and Notes, payable in Auckland, bearing at least two approved names unconnected., in general business, and not having more than four months to run; or bearing only one name if accompanied by the deposit of adequate collateral security. The Corporation giant cash credits on the same terms as above. The Corporation collect Bills, Drafts, &c, payable m Auckland ; take charge of Government or other securities, and realize Interest and Dividends for Constituents. The Corporation receive deposits on the following terms : Ist. Current deposit accounts, on which no charge for commission or otherwise is made—and no Interest allowed. Cheques and Pass Books are supplied by the Corporation free of,charge. 2nd. Fixed deposits, subject to notice of withdrawal, on which interest is Allowed at the following rates :
