Auckland Steam !« avigation Company. THE Directors, in pursuance of a resolution come to by the Shareholders, on the 2nd inst , having sold the Company's property in the steamer William Denny, with a view to wind up the affairs of the Company, give notice that a fiist instalment on account of capital, of One Pound sterling per share, will be payable on and after Saturday, 11th inst., at the Company's Office. JROUT bega to intimate that, in consequence • of the inconvenience of having his stock divided, he has removed bis entire Business to his Premises in High Street, where, in future, a much larger assortment will always be ready at hand.
