Auckland Steam !« avigation Company. THE Directors, in pursuance of a resolution come to by the Shareholders, on the 2nd inst , having sold the Company's property in the steamer William Denny, with a view to wind up the affairs of the Company, give notice that a fiist instalment on account of capital, of One Pound sterling per share, will be payable on and after Saturday, 11th inst., at the Company's Office.
