To Dairymen, Farmers, &c.

T^HE Subscriber, being about removing into *- Auckland, will let, for one or more years, lv's small Farm at llosebank, Kpsom, three miles

from Auckland. The house consists of 4 rooms nnd kitchen (newly papered and painted,) servant's and harness room ; an excellent dairy, shaded among trees j outhouses, piggeries, &c ;a six-stalled stable and hay-loft; 12 milking cow bails in stockyard, covered in ; a large garden stocked with all kinds of fruit tiees — also, goosebetry, strawberry, and vines ; and a good well with a constant supply of water. Also, about 30 acres of pasture land, 15 of which were not cut last year, thus affording fine winter feed. A spring is in one of the paddocks, giving a plentiful supply of water to cattle in the driest season.
