"VTOTICE is hereby given that by a certain deed made between Henry Newson Brewer of Auckland, Ship-Chandler, of the one part and George Samuel Graham, Joseph Low, and Henry Partington of the other part, the said H. N. Brewer has assigned all his Estate to the said G. S Graham, J. Low, and H. Partington in trust for the benefit of his Creditors. The said deed is now at my office in Queen-street for the signature of such of the Creditors of the said H. N. Brewer as shall sign the same before the 10th day of April next. T.
