Auckland Mechanics' Institute. THE annual general meeting of the members of this Institute, will be ht-ld in the Hall, on Monday evening, the 2nd of February, at halfpast seven o'clock, when the Annual Report will he read, and the elee i«n of officers for the ensuing year will take place. The attention of members is called to the mode of the nomination of officers, as contained in No. 10. of the rules.
