"^JOTICE is hereby given that Tenders will be received, at this office, until noon of Wednesday, the 17 th of October next, for the purchase of £10,000 of Debentures, undwr the Debonture Act of the Provincial Council of Auckland, Session IV, No. 1. The Debentures will be issued in sums of not less than one hundred pounds ; to bear interest, for 10 years, at the tate of 10 per cent per ann am, . payable half yearly at the Provincial Tieasury. Parties tendering to state the amount of Debentures they offer to purchase, and the rate (not b-iing below par) which they offer for each £100 of such Debentures. The Tender? to be sealed, and endorsed "Tenders for Provincial Government Debentures." Wm. Brown, Superintendent.
