CONNELL & RIDINGS Have received instructions from the Proprietor to submit to Public Competition, at their Mart, Queen-street, on Wednesday, let March, rfHE COMMODIOUS PREMISES on the Town side of Freeman's Bay, known as Armson's Buildings, together with the ground upon which it i stands, with a water-frontage of about 150 feet. The Buildings were originally constructed for the purpose of curing Bacon, for which they are admirably adapted. They consist of — Killing Room, with boiler fixed in brick-work; Pigsties, &c. ; Office adjoining, and Loft above. Three very large Store and Salting Rooms ; Drying and Smoking Houses ; Salt Store; extensive Piggeries; Stabling; Fowl Houses, &c., &c. THE DWELLINGHOUSE consists of Sitting Room, 17 x 15, two Bed Rooms, Pantry, Servant's room, Wash-house, and Kitchen, with a good Range and Oven. THE BUILDINGS are constructed of seasoned Kauri, and no expense has been spared either in labour or material, to render them substantial and suitable for the purpose for which they were designed. The whole will be sold in Four Lots, viz.; — Lot 1. The Buildings, Yards, &c, with the ground on which they stand. Lot 2.
