TTTHERE AS a notice has appeared in the Auck- ' ' land Provincial Government Gazette, No. 7, dated 20th December, 1853, which notice purports to be issued from the office of tire Commissioner of Crown Lands, and dated 26th November, 1853, to the effect that Duncan McKenzie has applied for a denned run at Wangarie. And whereas all the land comprised within the boundaries specified in the same notice is ray property, and no person has any lawful authority to interfere therewith without my permission.
