The Paddocks and Stockyards are so arranged as to afford every facility for securing the Cattle with the least trouble, — and the number now fat and fit for killing would return the whole outlay. The House contains 11 Rooms, and will be found in excellent condition. The Orchard alone would yield a good revenue, the trees being in full bearing.
