SIR, — Your having been chosen b r y the Electors of the Northern Divwion as their representative in the late intended Provincial Council, has determined vs to request you to allow yourself to be put in nomination for the forthcoming General, Representative Assembly, resting assured that you will use your best endeavours in that Assembly to promote the best interests of this Province.
